Youth Helping Hearts (Y2H) is a Non Governmental Organization, which was established on 19^th June 2011 by a small group of college students in the aim of creating a better India by providing for neglected children. Y2H was formerly started on 2009 by group of diploma student (Ganesan, Ganesh Kumar, Ayappan)  from Murugappa Polytechnic College.

At first the students shared Rs.10 from their pocket money and donated it to handicapped people who had come to their college in the hope getting some help. Later this small act of kindness turned into a passion to help people around them.

In 2010 , they collected some amount of money and donated it to their college mates who were unable to pay their fee. This continued as a habit for them and they started to help people who are in great need of money. Then in oct 2010 , almost all of those students got their job placed in some good companies , which ensured their gradual development of their kind act. In 2011 , these students along with their friends from different world joined together and provided lunch for the God’s children in CHILD HOME , Korattur in June 19, 2011 and thus formed the Y2H. The name of the organization was coined by Ganesan as “YOUTH TO HELP”

 To motivate all youths to put their share of kindness in helping the God’s Child. In July 2011 , they again donated some provisions to Child Home , korattur and this act of their’s continued every month after that. At this time Ganesh Kumar ,a ECE Student of S.R.M. AEaswari  Engineering College then , was supported by his  Dept. H.O.D. Dr.Saraswathi , who gave him a chance to talk about Y2H to the student body. She then introduced them to Auditor Thangaraj , who advised them to register Y2H officially .The registration process got wholly completed by March 5, 2012.
